With your Patient Portal account you will have ongoing access, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, to ensure you feel connected throughout your journey with us. Through your portal you can view your test results, check lab reports and personal health records, and message your surgeon directly to discuss any potential concerns or questions about your treatment plan to help you as you are preparing for your procedure.

We will set up a portal account for you, typically at your first clinic appointment. If you would like it set up in advance, please call your clinic to make a request. You will receive your login and password instructions within 24 hours via email.
